1、服务条款的确认和接纳

为满足您对Besyfit 会员采购连续包会员产品及自动续费扣款的需求，Besyfit 推出连续包服务，相关服务请关注本协议约定。若需采购，请点击“连续包”选项采购该类产品，本协议即构成您使用Besyfit 所提供的本连续包服务之先决条件，除非您接受本协议条款，否则您无权使用本服务。您选择使用本服务行为将视为同意接受本协议的约束。当您使用连续包服务时，您的使用行为将被视为其对该单项服务的相关条款以及Besyfit 在该单项服务中所发出的各类公告之同意。

2、所有权与使用权

连续包服务涉及到的一切网络服务之所有权以及相关之知识产权均归Besyfit 依法所有，受中华人民共和国法律及国际公约的依法保护，您不因使用连续包服务而自动获得前述的任一或全部权利。而且，Besyfit 可以在法定或依据《用户服务协议》对本服务协议中的任一或全部条款进行修改，或对连续包服务进行调整，对上述修改或调整，Besyfit会在网站上予以公告，并自公告之日起7日后生效。 Besyfit 强烈建议您，定期关注《用户服务协议》及本协议项下的条款，当您认为Besyfit 对所述的《用户服务协议》及本协议项下的调整不可接受时，请及时终止对Besyfit 所提供之相关服务，特别是《用户协议》及本协议项下的条款，当您认为Besyfit 对所述的《用户服务协议》及本协议项下的调整不可接受条款时，请及时终止对Besyfit 所提供之相关服务，特别是本协议服务的使用。

·Besyfit 付费课程的免费服务;

·Besyfit 付费会员的相关增值服务;

除非Besyfit另外通知，否则上述的Besyfit 服务的有效期按自然天数计算。

4、服务说明

4.1本服务是出于您对于自动续费的需求，在您已开通本服务的前提下，避免您因疏忽或其他原因导致未能及时续费造成损失而推出的服务，您授权Besyfit可在您当期Besyfit 会员有效期即将过期时，从会员的自有充值账户、与会员账号绑定的第三方支付账户、银行卡、通信账户 (以下统称“账户”)余额中代扣下一个计费周期费用，该服务实现的前提是您已将您的Besyfit 会员账号与上述账广绑定，且可成功从其上述账户中扣款。

4.2自动续费具体指，基于4.1的前提，Besyfit 通过上述账户收取您下一计费周期Besyfit 会员连续包产品费用的扣费方式，您需保证Besyfit 可以从上述账户扣款成功，因上述账户中可扣款余额不足导致的续费失败，由您自行承担责任。

4.3如在扣费过程出现差错，Besyfit 和您应密切配合查明原因，各自承担己方过错造成的损失;若因双方各自存在不均等过错造成的损失，由双方按过错的程度承担相应责任;双方共负责任的，由双方均摊责任。

4.4Besyfit向您提供的本服务均仅限于在Besyfit平台使用，Besyfit平台外的付款或任何以恶意破解等非法手段将Besyfit 提供的本服务内容与Besyfit 平台分离的行为，均不属于本协议中约定的中本服务。由此引发的一切法律后果由行为人负责。

5、连续包服务的开通

5.1如您是IOS端开通本服务，则视作您授权Besyfit 有权在您的Besyfit VIP会员即将到期时，从您的苹果ID余额中代扣下一个计费周期服务费计费周期包括但不限于月度、季度、年度等。

5.2如您自非IOS端开通本服务，则视为您授权Besyfit 有权在您的Besyfit VIP会员即将到期时，从您的但不限于微信等支付渠道中代扣下一个计费居期服务费，计费周期包括但不限于月度、季度年度等。

5.3对于所选择的支付渠道，您有义务确保定期关注并确保其于该支付方式的账号项下有充足的余额用于满足连续包服务的应用。如因前述原因瑕疵 (包括但不限于:余额不足、余额不足以满足用户选择多个连续包服务)而致使无法满足连续包服务的应用，则Besyfit 有权暂停您通过连续包服务所接入的Besyfit 服务。

6、连续包服务有效期

除非vesou1另行指定，否则您获得的连续包服务均为长期有效。Besyfit将于您所选择的Besyfit 服务期届满前向您以发送短信或站内信或微信公众号等方式发送连续包服务续费提示，如果您不对该信息进行确认，或所回复确认之信息未尽符合Besyfit 的系统要求，则Besyfit 有权视您委托Besyfit 通过您默认的支付方式续取相应的服务费用。本服务由您自主选择是否取消，若您选择不取消，则视为您同意Besyfit 按照本协议进行不定期的扣款尝试，一旦扣款成功，Besyfit将为您开通下一个计费周期的连续包服务。若在自动续费时/之前，Besyfit 包服务价格发生调整，应以现时有效的价格为准。 Besyfit 特别提醒您:当您选择使用连续包服务后，通过连续包服务委托Besyfit在您默认的支付方式所支付的费用，Besyfit 将视您选择认购了Besyfit 的相关付费服务。因此，Besyfit将不以任何方式对您所支付的费用予以退还

7、连续包服务的退订

7.1您可自主选择退订本服务。

7.2苹果设备:在iCloud 支付功能中关闭。路径为:设置-iTunes Store与AppStoreAppleID一查看 Apple ID账户设置一订阅。

7.3安卓设备:在微信钱包的支付功能中关闭。路径为:我一钱包支付管理一自动扣费。

温馨提示:连续包套餐取消成功后，不影响您当期已生效的会员权益，会员权益到期后将不再续费。

您在选择终止本服务前已经委托Besyfit 连续包扣款的指令仍然有效，Besyfit 对于基于该指令扣除的费用不予退还。

8、协议有效期限、终止

本协议自您选择接受或使用本服务后生效，直至您终止本服务/注销会员资格时终止。

9、争议解决和法律适用

Besyfit 与您应通过友好协商解决本协议履行过程中产生的争议，经协商无法解决的，任何一方均有权将争议提交至被告方所在地人民法院诉讼解决。本协议的解释、效力和执行等均适用中华人民共和国法律

3. Continuous package service type and scope of service content

· Related value-added services for Besyfit paying members;

4. Service description

4.1 The Service is based on your demand for automatic renewal. On the premise that you have opened the service, to avoid the loss caused by your failure to renew the service in time due to negligence or other reasons, you authorize Besyfit to use the service when the validity period of your current Besyfit membership is about to expire. Deduct the next billing cycle fee from the balance of the member's own recharge account, third-party payment account, bank card, and communication account (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "account"). The premise of this service is that you have bound your Besyfit member account to the above account and can successfully deduct from the above account.

4.2 Automatic renewal refers to the deduction method for Besyfit to charge you for continuous package of Besyfit member products in the next billing cycle through the above account based on the premise of 4.1. You must ensure that Besyfit can successfully deduct from the above account. If the renewal fails due to insufficient deductible balance in the above account, It is your responsibility.

4.3 If there is any error in the process of fee deduction, Besyfit and you shall cooperate closely to find out the cause, and each party shall bear the loss caused by its own fault; If the loss is caused by the unequal fault of both parties, both parties shall bear the corresponding liability according to the degree of fault; If both parties are jointly responsible, they shall share the responsibility equally.

4.4 The Service provided by Besyfit to you is only used on the Besyfit platform. Any payment outside the Besyfit platform or any act of separating the Service content provided by Besyfit from the Besyfit platform by malicious cracking and other illegal means shall not belong to the Service as agreed in this Agreement. All legal consequences arising therefrom shall be the responsibility of the perpetrator.

5. The opening of continuous package service

5.1 If you open the service on IOS, it will be deemed that you have authorized Besyfit to withhold the next billing period from your Apple ID balance when your Besyfit VIP membership is about to expire. The billing period includes but is not limited to monthly, quarterly, annual, etc.

5.2 If you open the Service from a non-ios terminal, you shall be deemed to have authorized Besyfit to withhold the next billing period service fee from your payment channels such as wechat when your Besyfit VIP membership is about to expire. The billing period includes but is not limited to monthly, quarterly and annual.

5.3 For the selected payment channel, you are obligated to ensure that you regularly follow and ensure that there is sufficient balance under the account of the payment method to meet the application of the continuous package service. If the application cannot meet the continuous package service due to the above reasons (including but not limited to: insufficient balance, insufficient balance to meet the user's choice of multiple continuous package services), Besyfit has the right to suspend the Besyfit service you access through the continuous package service.

6, continuous package service period

Unless vesou1 specifies otherwise, the continuous package service you receive is valid for a long time. Besyfit will send you a reminder of continuous package service renewal by sending SMS messages, in-station wechat or wechat public account before the expiration of your selected Besyfit service period. If you do not confirm the information, or the confirmed information does not fully meet the system requirements of Besyfit, Besyfit has the right to continue the corresponding service fees through your default payment method if you entrust Besyfit. This service is up to you to choose whether to cancel or not. If you choose not to cancel, it will be deemed that you agree that Besyfit will make deduction attempts from time to time in accordance with this Agreement. Once the deduction is successful, Besyfit will open continuous package service for you in the next billing cycle. If the Besyfit package service price is adjusted before the automatic renewal period /, the price currently in force shall prevail. Besyfit reminds you that: when you choose to use the continuous package service, the fees paid by Besyfit through the continuous package service will be regarded by Besyfit as if you have chosen to subscribe to the relevant paid services of Besyfit. Therefore, Besyfit will not refund the fees paid by you in any way

7. Unsubscribe from continuous package service

7.1 You may opt out of the Service.

7.2 Apple Devices: Turn off in iCloud payment feature. The path is: Settings -iTunes Store and AppStoreAppleID 1 View AppleID account Settings 1 Subscribe.

7.3 Android Devices: Turn off the payment function in wechat Wallet. The path is: I pay a wallet to manage an automatic deduction fee.

Tips: After the successful cancellation of continuous package, it will not affect your current effective member rights and interests, and the member rights and interests will not be renewed after expiration.

The order that you have entrusted Besyfit to continuously deduct the payment before you choose to terminate the Service is still valid, and Besyfit will not refund the fee deducted based on the order.

8. Term and termination of the Agreement

This Agreement is effective from the time you choose to accept or use the Service until you terminate the Service/cancel your membership.

9. Dispute resolution and application of law

Besyfit and you shall settle any dispute arising from the performance of this Agreement through friendly negotiation. If no settlement can be reached through negotiation, either party shall have the right to submit the dispute to the people's court where the defendant is located for litigation settlement. The interpretation, validity and execution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China

· Besyfit 유료 회원을 위한 부가 가치 서비스;

위의 Besyfit 서비스는 Besyfit에서 별도의 공지를 하지 않는 한 자연 일수에 따라 유효하다.

4. 서비스설명

4.1 본 서비스는 귀하의 자동 갱신을 위한 서비스로 부주의나 기타 원인으로 인해 발생하는 손실을 방지하기 위해 서비스를 개통했습니다. 귀하는 귀하의 현재 Besyfit 회원 유효기간이 만료되는 즉시 Besyfit에 가입할 수 있는 권한을 부여합니다.회원의 자사 충전, 회원 계정과 바인딩하는 제3자 지급 계좌 · 카드 · 통신 계좌 (이하"통장) 액에서 공제 비용을 계산 한다.이 서비스의 전제를 실현하는 것은 당신이 당신의 Besyfit 회원 계정과 상술 한 장부 광 바인딩 할 성공이 그 같은 계좌에서 공제하다.

4.4Besyfit에서 귀하에게 제공하는 본 서비스는 Besyfit 플랫폼에서만 사용할 수 있으며, 결제 또는 Besyfit 플랫폼 외부에서 Besyfit 가 제공하는 본 서비스를 Besyfit 플랫폼과 분리시키는 행위는 본 계약에서 약정한 본 서비스에 속하지 않습니다.이로 인하여 초래된 모든 법률후과는 행위자가 책임져야 한다.

5. 연속 패키지 서비스의 개통

5.1 ios에서 서비스를 시작하는 경우, 귀하는 Besyfit에게 귀하의 Besyfit vip 회원이 만료될 때 월별, 분기, 연간 등을 포함하지만 제한되지 않는 귀하의 애플 id 잔액에서 하나의 서비스 요금을 청구할 수 있는 권리를 부여한 것으로 간주합니다.

5.2 본 서비스를 ios 가 아닌 쪽에서 시작하는 경우, 귀하는 Besyfit에게 귀하의 Besyfit vip 회원 기간이 만료될 때 위챗 등 결제 채널에서 다음 숙박 기간 서비스 요금을 공제할 수 있는 권한을 부여한 것으로 간주합니다. 청구 기간은 월, 분기 등을 포함하지만 제한되지는 않습니다.

5.3 귀하는 선택한 결제 채널에 대해 정기적인 주의를 기울이고 연속 패킷 서비스 적용을 위한 적절한 잔액이 있는지 확인할 의무가 있습니다.위에서 언급한 결함으로 인해 연속 패키지 서비스를 사용할 수 없는 경우, Besyfit는 귀하의 Besyfit 서비스를 일시 정지할 수 있는 권리를 제공합니다.

6. 연속 패키지 서비스 유효 기간

7. 연속 패키지 서비스 가입 취소

7.1 귀하는 서비스 구독을 취소할 수 있습니다.

8. 협의의 유효기간 및 종료

본 계약은 귀하가 본 서비스를 수락하거나 사용하기로 선택한 후 효력을 발생하며, 본 서비스 종료/가입 취소 때까지 계속됩니다.

9. 분쟁해결 및 법률적용

Besyfit와 귀하는 우호적인 협상을 통해 본 협의를 리행하는 과정에 발생한 쟁의를 해결해야 하며, 협상을 통해 해결하지 못할 경우 어느 일방도 쟁의를 피고 소재지의 인민법원에 제출하여 소송을 통해 해결할 권리가 있습니다.본 협의의 해석, 효력 및 집행 등은 모두 중화인민공화국의 법률을 적용한다

4.1本服務是出於您對於自動續費的需求，在您已開通本服務的前提下，避免您因疏忽或其他原因導致未能及時續費造成損失而推出的服務，您授權Besyfit可在您當期Besyfit會員有效期即將過期時，從會員的自有充值帳戶、與會員帳號綁定的協力廠商支付帳戶、銀行卡、通信帳戶（以下統稱“帳戶”）餘額中代扣下一個計費週期費用，該服務實現的前提是您已將您的Besyfit會員帳號與上述賬廣綁定，且可成功從其上述帳戶中扣款。

4.2自動續費具體指，基於4.1的前提，Besyfit通過上述帳戶收取您下一計費週期Besyfit會員連續包產品費用的扣費管道，您需保證Besyfit可以從上述帳戶扣款成功，因上述帳戶中可扣款餘額不足導致的續費失敗，由您自行承擔責任。

4.3如在扣費過程出現差錯，Besyfit和您應密切配合查明原因，各自承擔己方過錯造成的損失；若因雙方各自存在不均等過錯造成的損失，由雙方按過錯的程度承擔相應責任；雙方共負責任的，由雙方均攤責任。

4.4Besyfit向您提供的本服務均僅限於在Besyfit平臺使用，Besyfit平臺外的付款或任何以惡意破解等非法手段將Besyfit提供的本服務內容與Besyfit平臺分離的行為，均不屬於本協定中約定的中本服務。由此引發的一切法律後果由行為人負責。

5、連續包服務的開通

5.1如您是IOS端開通本服務，則視作您授權Besyfit有權在您的Besyfit VIP會員即將到期時，從您的蘋果ID餘額中代扣下一個計費週期服務費計費週期包括但不限於月度、季度、年度等。

5.2如您自非IOS端開通本服務，則視為您授權Besyfit有權在您的Besyfit VIP會員即將到期時，從您的但不限於微信等支付通路中代扣下一個計費居期服務費，計費週期包括但不限於月度、季度年度等。

5.3對於所選擇的支付通路，您有義務確保定期關注並確保其於該支付方式的帳號項下有充足的餘額用於滿足連續包服務的應用。如因前述原因瑕疵（包括但不限於：餘額不足、餘額不足以滿足用戶選擇多個連續包服務）而致使無法滿足連續包服務的應用，則Besyfit有權暫停您通過連續包服務所接入的Besyfit服務。

6、連續包服務有效期

除非vesou1另行指定，否則您獲得的連續包服務均為長期有效。Besyfit將於您所選擇的Besyfit服務期屆滿前向您以發送短信或站內信或微信公眾號等管道發送連續包服務續費提示，如果您不對該資訊進行確認，或所回復確認之資訊未盡符合Besyfit的系統要求，則Besyfit有權視您委託Besyfit通過您默認的支付方式續取相應的服務費用。本服務由您自主選擇是否取消，若您選擇不取消，則視為您同意Besyfit 按照本協定進行不定期的扣款嘗試，一旦扣款成功，Besyfit將為您開通下一個計費週期的連續包服務。若在自動續費時/之前，Besyfit包服務價格發生調整，應以現時有效的價格為准。Besyfit 特別提醒您：當您選擇使用連續包服務後，通過連續包服務委託Besyfit在您默認的支付方式所支付的費用，Besyfit將視您選擇認購了Besyfit的相關付費服務。囙此，Besyfit 將不以任何管道對您所支付的費用予以退還

7、連續包服務的退訂

7.1您可自主選擇退訂本服務。

7.2蘋果設備：在iCloud支付功能中關閉。路徑為：設定-iTunes Store與AppStoreAppleID一查看Apple ID帳戶設定一訂閱。

7.3安卓設備：在微信錢包的支付功能中關閉。路徑為：我一錢包支付管理一自動扣費。

溫馨提示：連續包套餐取消成功後，不影響您當期已生效的會員權益，會員權益到期後將不再續費。

您在選擇終止本服務前已經委託Besyfit連續包扣款的指令仍然有效，Besyfit對於基於該指令扣除的費用不予退還。

8、協定有效期限、終止

本協定自您選擇接受或使用本服務後生效，直至您終止本服務/註銷會員資格時終止。

9、爭議解决和法律適用

Besyfit與您應通過友好協商解决本協定履行過程中產生的爭議，經協商無法解决的，任何一方均有權將爭議提交至被告方所在地人民法院訴訟解决。本協定的解釋、效力和執行等均適用中華人民共和國法律
